Run task without being logged on

I want my task to run whether I am logged on or not.  This has to work on XP, Vista, and Window 7.  Assuming I am NOT the admin user, are these statements correct:

1. On Vista/Win7 I MUST provide a user and password if I want to run as the user I am logged in on and I want to run without being logged on.

2. For XP I don't need to supply a user/password, but make sure the RunOnlyIfLoggedOn = false.

3. I need to check the HighestSupported version to know which scheduler I am working with and which calls to make.

Please confirm.  Thanks.

The only way to do this for both versions is to supply a user name and password when you register the task and set the TaskLogonType to Password.
