Under V1 of the task scheduler (XP and prior), you can only have a single ExecAction.

Under V2, you can have any of the four actions and you treat the ActionCollection just like any ICollection (Add, Remove, Insert, etc.).

If you will describe your requirements, I will reply with some sample code.

I am wondering if I could use delegate instead of exe here? for example: td.Actions.Add(myDelegate);

Thanks!

Actions can only be of the four types described here: http://taskscheduler.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=ActionSamples&referringTitle=Documentation

Given that this is a wrapper around the Microsoft task scheduler, they defined what is available.
